New Integrated Manufacturing Plant - Okeechobee, Florida
Over 15 years of organic growth in the same location (Stuart, Florida) resulted in separate space for administration, sales, engineering, manufacturing, storage yards and so on.
Olde Tyme relocated in the summer of 2007 to a custom-built facility on 5.2 acres in Okeechobee, Florida. The manufacturing area is some 35,000 sf with an additional 5,000 sf of office space under the same roof. Combined with a new 30- yard-per-hour volumetric concrete batch plant, the company is able to support continued growth while improving efficiencies and communications.
The more centralized location also means improved delivery times to Central Florida, while the east coast areas still get the timely performance they are accustomed to.
