Florida Architectural Precast is a team with the depth of expertise and commitment to quality to produce the
products you desire on schedule. Operating out of a state of the art production factory we have the capacity
and flexibility to bring real solutions for your most demanding requirements. FAP produces architectural
precast, cast stone, GFRC, and architectural foam to builders, developers, home owners and architects throughout
the eastern United States.

• Shawn Walters (President)
25 years of experience in producing architectural precast. During his 10 year tenure as COO of Olde Tyme
Construction, Shawn sold, managed and produced over $40,000,000 is successful architectural precast projects,
while bringing the plant to APA Certification. Prior to joining Olde Tyme Construction, Inc he owned and
operated precast businesses in Pennsylvania and Florida. Additional experience includes regional sales
management for an international chemical and admixture supplier servicing structural and architectural precast
plants in 13 states. APA certified batch plant operator.
• Bob Bates (Chief Financial Officer)
CFO of architectural precast
manufacturer and installer Olde Tyme Construction, Inc after 20 years of extensive background in coprorate
management and finance. Experience includes positions as controller of construction and manufactoring coprorations
and public accounting.

• Paola Valbuena (Chief Estimator)
Graduated with a degree in
Architecture from Universidad Piloto de Colombia (Bogota, Colombia). Her experience includes design, budgeting and
application of estimating and design software. Seven years as senior estimator for Olde Tyme Construction.
• Tim Perkins (Project Managers)
Over 20 years experience in cast
stone and masonry with 10 years of experience with Olde Tyme Construction, Inc. Well versed in all areas of cast
stone, foam, and stucco. His knowledge and vast experience guarantee quality installations in a timely manner.
• Alberto Reyes (Production Manager)
Certified APA batch plant operator with 17 years of cast stone manufacturing experience, 12 years as plant manager for Olde Tyme Construction, Inc.

Integrated Manufacturing Plant - Okeechobee, Florida
Florida Architectural Precast operates out of a custom built facility for architectural precast manufacturing. The facility is built on 5.2 acres in Okeechobee, Florida. The facility provides a manufacturing area of 35,000 square feet with an additional 5,000 square feet of office space. Combined with a 30 yard-per-hour volumetric concrete batch plant, the company is able to quickly and efficiently produce precast for several large projects simultaneously.
